I am a Licensed Psychologist in Maryland and California. My psychotherapy experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings has given me broad expertise in addressing a variety of mental health concerns. I provide psychotherapy with specialized training in CBT, CBTp, DBT, and other third wave modalities with adolescents and adults to treat depression, anxiety, schizophrenia spectrum, and various personality disorders. I am passionate about my clinical work and strive for a strong working relationship with my patients where they can take an active part in building a life they experience as worth living. Additionally, I provide mental health and behavior consultation and formal instruction. Through my contract with The Halen Group, Inc., I instruct courses for law enforcement audiences aimed at increasing understanding of mental health and enhancing skills and strategies in dealing with difficult situations and with difficult people. Clients of The Halen Group, Inc., have included the United States Secret Services and the DEA, to name a few.

I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree with a dual major in Leadership Studies and Psychology at the University of Richmond. Go Spiders!
