Individual Therapy
Choosing the right therapist can be an intimidating process. I create a collaborative and supportive environment where clients can feel safe, build their coping skills, and learn to lead more positive and productive lives. By using evidence-based techniques, clients are able to process various problem areas, challenge negative thoughts, confidently manage uncomfortable emotions, and engage in healthy behaviors to achieve treatment goals.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) - Informed Skills Sessions
